Fees & Minimums
Investing in the Future with Lower Management Fees than Many Financial Advisors
All three of our stock portfolios will have significantly lower total management fees compared to a financial advisor who buys mutual funds exclusively for his clients. The mutual funds will have a management fee of 1% to 1.5% and the advisor will charge an additional fee of 1% or more. This results in a management fee of 2% to 2.5%. Our investment portfolios range from 0.4% to 1% in management fees.
Hiring a money manager to buy mutual funds or exchange traded funds (ETFs) is less cost effective than hiring the money manager directly. This is why our management fees are lower for our Asset Allocation portfolio which uses ETFs and mutual funds.
No Hidden Fees or Costs
The only fees and costs will be our management fee. To protect my clients, I do not take custody of any client assets.
